Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are late, we reserve the right to cut your service time and you will be charged 100% of the full service booked.

If you are late by 15 minutes or more, you will be asked to reschedule your service.
